Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at info@zen-furniture.com before placing an order with us. Please note your confirmation of order and any correspondence with us will be shown in English only.

 

Dispatch

Zen Furniture guarantees full refund if product isn’t ready for dispatch in 45 days. Unless stated otherwise.

Occasionally availability and delivery timescales of products is subject to change. If this happens you will be informed of the changes. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen.

All dates quoted for dispatch and or delivery are estimated dates only and may be subject to change. Therefore, please only take our dispatch and delivery dates as a guideline only.  If a definite dispatch/delivery date is required, this must be made known in writing to us before ordering your products.

Our priority is always to ensure the delivery is handled in a professional and safe manner to a high standard.

 

Payment

An initial progress payment of 60% is required before arrangements for the manufacture or supply of the Products. The remaining balance is to be paid 7 days prior to delivery. (in case of: Cash payment, money transfer, or cheque)

Full payment is required before arrangements for the manufacture or supply of the Products (in case of: Credit or Depit Card payment, or in-stock products)

The Client must pay the balance of the price for the products no later than 60 days from the date of the receipt to Zen Furniture and before dispatch of the products to the Client. Failure to pay remaining balance prior to the maximum 60 days from date of receipt results in the loss of all rights to the products and value of all payments made to Zen Furniture.

 

Delivery

Many of our products are large and/or delicate and, therefore, require specialist care and handling. Our priority is to ensure your product(s) arrive in a timely, safe and professional manner. You will be contacted once your order is ready to be dispatched and advised of an expected delivery date and time. It’s not always possible to know exactly when these products will arrive.

All products are to be delivered to the ground floor. 

 

Accepting your delivery

Before accepting your product please thoroughly check inside the product beforehand at the point of signing. Once products are accepted we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever. Signing for products as “unchecked” is not acceptable.

All risk passes to the Client upon reception of the Products.

 

Replacement and Repair

You are entitled to repair or replacement of defective parts free of charge during the warranty period after inspection and acceptance by Zen Furniture or its agent.

Replacement and repair excludes all defects that cannot be attributed to defects in the manufacture of the product

Client is limited to one of the following remedies (at the option of Zen Furniture): Replacement of the Products or repair of such Products.

The Client has no right to return all or any of the Products to Zen Furniture and Zen Furniture has no obligation to refund all or any part of the Price.

 

Products Out of Stock

Should a product be out of stock then you will be advised as soon as we receive your order and you will obviously have the right to cancel with a full refund or your product can be put on to back order and we will advise you of the expected date of dispatch.

 

Technical Errors

In the event our product is listed incorrectly due to technical error as in error in pricing or specifications, Zen Furniture shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed incorrectly. If you had already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Zen Furniture shall issue a complete refund.

 

Refusal of Transaction & Eligibility of Purchase

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website.

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

 

Storage Costs

We understand sometimes delays happen. However, we are unable to store customers’ products for more than 60 days from the date of receipt, unless previously agreed and approved in writing at the point of ordering.  

Should Zen Furniture be required to store customers’ products without prior written approval, a request should be made, pending Zen Furniture’s approval. The cost for storage will be quoted on an individual basis and added to the final invoice amount to be paid before products are dispatched. If Zen Furniture is unable to satisfy the customer’s request, the customer will have 48 hours to receive the products or lose all rights to the products and value of all payments made to Zen Furniture.

 

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the products cheaper elsewhere.  We recommend you carefully preview any orders before proceeding with your order.
