We want you to love your Zen piece. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it easy.

  • Ready‑made/stock items: within 14 days of purchase, unused and in original condition/packaging.

  • Made‑to‑order or customized items: non‑refundable (we craft these items specially for you). If there’s a manufacturing issue, we’ll repair.

  • Sale/clearance items: non‑refundable.

Refunds

  • Proof of purchase is required for all refunds.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for processing after the item is received and inspected.

  • For eligible returns, a pickup/handling fee may apply depending on location and item size.

Not eligible for refund

  • Items used, assembled, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition/packaging.

  • Custom sizes, special fabrics/leathers, or any product made to your specifications.

  • Normal variations in natural materials (wood grain, leather shade, stone veining) and minor tone differences.

How to start a return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your invoice and photos.

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and arrange pickup .

  3. Once inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
