The warranty starts from the date of purchase.
What’s not covered
Normal wear and tear, spills, stains, pets, or damage from misuse, moving, or cleaning with harsh products. Natural changes in leather, wood, or fabric (like softening or slight shade variation) are also not considered defects.
How we help
If you have an issue, we’ll simply repair or replace the part—and if that’s not possible, we’ll find a fair solution together. Most cases are resolved with a quick visit or part replacement.
Zen Furniture also reserves the right to reasonably review or reject warranty claims if the product has been misused, altered, stored improperly, or if the issue falls outside the coverage terms.
